One submitted observation is one analysis, however many files it contains. Re-running an analysis after a model upgrade counts again, because it produces a new versioned interpretation. Drafts, context edits and report generation do not count. An observation that comes back as “insufficient evidence” does count — the work was done, and pretending otherwise would create an incentive to force a confident answer.
Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Purchases made inside the iOS app go through StoreKit 2 and purchases inside the Android app go through Google Play Billing, in line with each platform’s rules. An entitlement bought on one platform applies to your account everywhere.
